Emmanuel COSTE, Partner
Emmanuel COSTE is above all passionate about water in all its dimensions. Although he would have dreamed of being a diver on the Calypso, his professional career has led him to design the aquatic living spaces of the future. Thus, he is one of the few architects specializing in the field of swimming pools and aquatic centers, with more than 120 projects studied around the world. Involved for many years in ecology and sustainable development, Emmanuel COSTE applies this approach to all of his projects, such as the ecological swimming pool in Montreuil, ranked among the 11 most ecological and designer sports facilities in the world. Curious by passion and very connected to Nature, he is passionate about the exceptional place that Water holds in our Universe.
Dr Frédéric LUIZI, Partner
"Science and impact entrepreneurship" are the key words that define Frédéric. Together, they drive his creative spirit, which has led him to file a dozen patents and participate in the creation of seven companies. Among his inventions, the scope is broad and covers diverse fields ranging from material resistance with a tear-resistant textile sensor to biomineral water filtration technology used to treat recreational waters. Among his companies, the spectrum is just as broad, ranging from agroforestry with Botondo, new materials with Nanocyl, and water treatment with Aquatic Science. As a Doctor of Biology, however, Frédéric thrives on water and respect for nature. Eaulistic is currently the culmination and synthesis of his career and values.

After meeting Emmanuel Coste — a connection rooted in a shared sensitivity for architecture, design, and the essential role of water — Lionel joined Eaulistic.
With over twenty years of experience in the building finishing industry, he has supported the growth of several companies and led major projects combining technical expertise, aesthetic vision, and on-the-ground knowledge.
Since childhood, he has felt a deep connection to water: fascinated by aquatic environments, he once dreamed of becoming an oceanographer, practiced competitive swimming, and later turned to nature-focused water sports. For him, water embodies freedom, movement, and energy. This relationship now guides his commitment to imagining solutions that restore water to its true value — a living, respected resource fully integrated into the environments of tomorrow.
Convinced that design, performance, and ecological awareness enrich one another, Lionel brings his experience to projects that reinvent our relationship with water.
Juan Manuel GUERRERO
Technical Advisor - Operational Manager
Juan began his career in the aerospace industry, where he acquired solid technical expertise before moving into the architecture sector.
As a partner in an architectural firm, he supervised and managed work on numerous construction sites, combining rigor and creativity.
His ecological sensitivity has led him to adopt innovative construction and energy solutions, placing sustainability at the heart of his projects.
With this experience, he then joined the heritage department of the University of Montpellier, where he contributed to the preservation and enhancement of historic buildings. Today, thanks to this rich and atypical career path, he works as Operational Director of EAULISTIC solutions, where he coordinates all technical phases.
Simon GILLET
Design Engineer
Passionate about science and space, Simon chose to study aerospace engineering. Over the course of five years, he developed solid skills in mathematics, physics, computer science, and mechanics, as well as project management, notably as project manager of an international aeronautical design competition (AIAA). There, he also became aware of the importance of the atmosphere for environmental balance.
To round out his profile, Simon pursued a master's degree in entrepreneurship at HEC-Liège. There, he strengthened his communication, time, and stress management skills, and discovered impact entrepreneurship. This path led him to found Mineralio, a startup dedicated to the recycling of shells from the restaurant industry. He joined the EAULISTIC adventure in 2025 to support research and innovative technical solutions.
